Located in the eastern part of the region, 8 km north-east of Vyazma , 2.5 km east of the P134 “Old Smolensk Road” road Smolensk - Dorogobuzh - Vyazma - Zubtsov . Fomkino's stopping point on the Vyazma- Rzhev line is located 0.1 km west of the settlement.

History

During the Great Patriotic War, the station was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [one]
