It is located in the eastern part of the region 22 km southeast of Vyazma , 20 km east of the P132 Vyazma - Kaluga - Tula - Ryazan highway , on the banks of the Voronovka River. Isakovo railway station on the Vyazma - Kaluga line is located 9 km north of the village.


History

During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [one]
