Playground
The playing field is a square of arbitrary size drawn on the ground or on asphalt (usually about 6 × 6 meters), divided into four smaller squares, each for an individual player. In the center of the field, at the crosshairs, a circle is drawn for feeding. There are certain types of games, such as, for example, the Chelyabinsk square, in which a crosshair is used instead of a circle.
Game Rules
1. The game begins by feeding the ball into the field circle in the direction of the opponent. Serving can only be diagonal.
2. The number of touches is not limited.
3. A player may hit the ball “before” and “after” (maximum 1) by touching the ball with its square.
4. It is forbidden to touch the “alien” ball (flying to another player).
5. If a player hits the ball in his own square, 1 goal is counted.
6. If the ball falls on a line (between 2 players) or on a circle, the player who touched the ball the last passes.
7. If the player passes the ball to the opponent’s line (from the out side), then the player who touched the ball the last passes the ball.
8. If the ball flies out (out of the general square), the player who has served this ball has 1 goal.
9. If the ball falls on the player’s square and hits the field 2 times, the player has 1 goal.
10. As a rule, the game lasts up to 11 goals. You can score goals with any part of the body except your hands.
11. After serving, the defender has the right to hit the ball only after one touch on its part of the square.
12. If one of the players conceded 11 goals (it often happens that the rules of the game change a little and the game lasts not up to 11, but up to 5 points), he is eliminated from the game. When 2 players remain on the playing court, they occupy two squares each and play until one of them misses 7 goals.
When playing two on two players, located diagonally to each other, are considered allies and have a common score.
“Muffle” - by stuffing the ball on the leg (knee, head), with the foot, fix it on the opponent’s square. An opponent, knowing this maneuver, has the opportunity to knock down the stuffing. At the same time, each player can not leave his square (simultaneously touch with two legs a foreign zone).
You can agree before the start of the game that the ball is hit only once, that is, there is no “stuffing" in the game; it may be more interesting to play this way (top level). They also sometimes play with the “Through” rule: if the ball touched a player’s zone and another player touched the ball, the goal is counted for the first player.
Most often, such square game rules are used in the regions of Eurasia, especially they play a lot of this game in Russian cities. For example, in almost all cities of the Moscow region they play by such rules.
Kurchatovsky (Chelyabinsk) Square
Kurchatovsky (Chelyabinsk) square - a game with amended rules.
- If the ball, falling on the square of the player, hit the field 2 times, the player has 1 point.
- If a player hits the ball in his own square, a goal is scored (1 point).
- If the ball fell "into the hostel" (on a line between 2 players), a "dispute" occurs.
- If the ball flew out (out of the square), the player who served the ball has 1 point.
Dispute
The dispute is a game in a line up to 1 point. The player who scored another wins the dispute. The loser is awarded a point.
- It is forbidden to beat off with hands, everything that is from fingers to an elbow is considered to be a hand.
- All play until 10 right through until one player is left. The remaining is considered the winner. In the next game he serves.
Field
The field in the Kurchatov (Chelyabinsk) square is a 4 × 4 meter square with a cross in the middle.
Novosibirsk Square
In the zero years in Novosibirsk, Square was played according to the following rules:
- Each player has only one touch.
- If the ball is in the air, then the player can “kick” with his foot, knee or head any number of times before the ball touches the ground (the player continues to touch).
- If the ball stopped in the player’s zone, and he already used his touch, any other player can reach the ball with his foot from his zone or jump onto the ball from out (you can’t stand in a foreign zone) to knock him out of the zone to continue the game.
- If the ball hits one of the lines, and then goes out, the player who struck the last shot makes a throw-off.
- If the ball hits the player’s zone or rolls along it, and then goes out, points (points) are awarded to this player.
- If, after hitting a player, the ball immediately goes out, points are awarded to him.
- For a simple kick, one point is awarded, for a hit with the head or knee two points. “Stacking” points are added up even if it was made by several players (for example, if one player hit or “scored”, and the second finished off the ball that had not yet touched the ground). If the player missed the ball “into the house” between the legs after a simple hit, this is also two points.
- The game consists of cones, each con is played up to five points scored by any of the players. After the end of the con, the players change their zones in a circle. If there is someone waiting for their game, then he goes to replace the losing player,
- A player who never missed a con gets a “skin." The "skin" is removed by hitting any cost (but only one at a time), this is called "shaving the skin." Skins can accumulate. A player who has accumulated six "skins" can no longer lose them and continues to play for his pleasure,
- If a player is scored a few points, after which he has more than five points, these penalty points go to the next con. If there are more than five penalty points, then the players immediately move in the zones not by one, but by several positions, and all players, except the loser, are automatically charged with skins for all missed horses (for example, after hitting 10 points, the players are moved to two positions and not loser players get one skin automatically, and one more if they had zero points in the last game cone. The number of points of the losing player remains the same). A player who comes in for a substitution does not receive penalty points.
The presence of rules that allow a player to score a huge number of points at a time or become “immortal” significantly increases the excitement of players. In fact, there is a constant struggle for getting or “shaving” “skins”, for which you need to quickly score a lot of points for your opponents with risky stuffs (by unsuccessful stuffing you can send the ball out or not be able to repel the “return” from the opponent and get all these points yourself, giving everyone else a "skin"). The game strategies depend on the number of players with “skins” and their distribution, and temporary “alliances” arise against one or several players, which can change already in the next game.
Paradoxically, often in the Square played in a round field. It makes the game more dynamic, and is also more convenient than square, because it can be divided into three equal sectors if there are only three players.

- The field is 4 equal parts of rectangles / squares.
- A circle is made at the crosshairs of the four parts of the field.
General rules
- If the ball is hit twice in 1 square, the player counts 1 can.
- If a player kicks the ball out of bounds, 1 player is counted.
- If a player touches the ball with his hand, then 1 bank is counted. Exception: shoulder.

- In the event of a weak or uneven delivery, the player has the right to ask for a “resale”.
- If the ball hits the circle twice, then the round is replayed.
- The player who receives the jar, hands the ball with a rebound from the circle diagonally.
Bans in the game
- It is forbidden to stop the ball on someone else's square. In the Odintsovo rules, this is called "put an end to."
- It is forbidden to roll the ball down. In the Odintsovo rules, this is called "rolled."
- It is forbidden to create such conditions under which the enemy has no chance to repulse the blow. One example: a player after serving takes the ball to his chest, standing at the circle; in this way he can hit the ball where there is no opponent. There is no interest in such a game.
Game Types
In Odintsovo square, there are 2 types of game rules. They were created because of cases when there are more than 4 people who want to play.
Relegation game
- The number of players is more than 4.
- When one of the players receives 5 cans, he leaves the game, his place is taken by the 5th player.
- Offside players enter the game in turn.
Classic square
- Number of players 4.
- Each of the squares has a name: 1. “King” 2. “Prince” 3. “Cook” 4. “Homeless”. It is imperative that the “king” and “homeless”, “prince” and “cook” stand diagonally to each other.
- If the player receives 5 cans, then he changes places with the player standing “lower in importance” of the square.
- The game ends if the homeless loses 5 cones. They are counted in this way: 1. “Ankle-deep” 2. “Knee-deep” 3. “To the waist” 4. “To the chest” 5. “On the top of the head”. He can “cleanse himself”, that is, remove one defeat from himself by getting 5 cans to the player standing on the “Cook” square. Having lost defeats, the “homeless person” cannot move to the “cook” square.
- If the game ends, there is only 1 winner and 1 loser. The winner is the "King". Thus, the balance and the need for a game on a diagonal is maintained.
Missing Games
