Biography

Born on July 30, 1955 in Dnepropetrovsk .

In 1975 he graduated from the Krivoy Rog Civil Aviation School .

1975-1984 - aircraft equipment on the radio equipment of aircraft in the Leningrad United squadron.

In 1984 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Leningrad State University.

1984-1990 - investigator, senior investigator of the Leningrad city prosecutor's office. Since 1990 - Arbitrator, Deputy Chief State Arbiter, Acting Chief State Arbiter of the State Arbitration of Leningrad and the region.

In 1992 he was elected for life a judge of the arbitration court.

1992-2004 - Chairman of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region .

In 2004, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 25, 2004 No. 1235 “On the appointment of judges of arbitration courts”, he was appointed Chairman of the Thirteenth Arbitration Appeal Court [1] .

He is a full member of the board of the Association of Lawyers of St. Petersburg.

Chairman of the State Academy of Law, St. Petersburg State University .

Married, has a daughter.
