Levon Sarkisovich (Leonty Sergeyevich [1] ) Oganezov (also performed under the name Leon Oganezov , born December 25, 1940 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian pianist , composer , actor and TV presenter. People's Artist of Russia (2010) [2] .

Biography
Born December 25, 1940 in Moscow ; father was a master shoe maker, mother was a housewife.
He studied at the Central Music School . He graduated from the Ippolitov-Ivanov School of Music , then in 1967 the Moscow Conservatory in piano [1] [3] . Repeatedly won at piano competitions [3] . Since 1959 he has been working at the Mosconcert [1] .
He was the co-host of the television programs White Parrot , Vanity around the Piano , and Good evening with Igor Ugolnikov (1997). He starred in several films. As an accompanist he worked with many famous artists ( Claudia Shulzhenko , Oleg Anofriev , Valentina Tolkunova , Joseph Kobzon , Andrey Mironov , Vladimir Vinokur , Larisa Golubkina , Yan Osin , Maxim Galkin and others). He was an equal participant in the play by V. Vinokur “I am leaving alone ...” (author A. Arkanov , dir. A. Shirvindt ); as an actor, he participated in the performance of the Moscow Satire Theater “Farewell, entertainer!” [1] .
Conducted the program “ Life is Beautiful ” with Mikhail Shvydkoy on Domashny TV channel, performs solo concerts. Levon Oganezov's tours take place in many cities of Russia and abroad. As part of the program "Parade of Parodists" toured the United States [1] . Winner of the Golden Ostap Award for Humor in Music (1998) [1] .
In 2007, in collaboration with Alexander Khaminsky, he patented a utility model, “Electric Keyboard Musical Instrument,” which has the function of changing the keyboard layout, which allows it to be used by both right-handed and left-handed performers [4] ․
In January 2018, Oganezov spoke to the Interior Ministry at a concert dedicated to the Moscow Police Day [5] [ significance of fact? ] .
