Permanent Characters and Storylines
Gopnik Baska and Rusty
Gopnik Baska ( Mikhail Bashkatov ) and Rusty ( Andrei Burkovsky ). Appear in the first issue. Their real name is Michelle (Mikhail) Bashkatov and Andrey Rzhavchenko; their name is almost the same as the actors, only Burkovsky uses his nickname “Rusty” (by the color of red hair) as the character’s name, and Bashkatov’s surname: in the novel with a primary school teacher, he admits that his name is Mikhail Valdemarovich . They spend their free time drinking beer, seeds, extorting money and mobile phones from intellectuals and stealing radio tape recorders from cars. They live in Khimki . The comic effect is achieved due to the mismatch of actions to their status.
The characters imitate the speech of the gopniks, using a lot of slang words and expressions in their speech (for example, “Hey stoparny on scorpion!”, “Babos”, “Pivandry (Pivchansky)”, “Lochosaurus”, “Ochkozavr”, “In kind”, “Stump is clear”, “Yo-mine”, etc.). Sometimes, having “pinched” an intellectual (usually Yegor Salnikov), the gopniks have to deal with his brother, the authority among the gopniks in Khimki Kaban, his real name is Konstantin Kabanov (Konstantin Fedorov). From the second season, their girlfriend appears - a gopnika named Shakira, whose real name is Zinaida Komkova (seasons 2-6, Eugene Kregzhde ), who later becomes the girl of Rusty. During the whole series it turns out that Baska lives in a posh apartment with an intelligent family, where everyone speaks two languages - Russian and French , and he knows how to play the violin , knows a lot of poems and names of famous poets and philosophers. It also turns out that Baska is in love with Shakira, but is afraid of her admitting it. Later she meets Nataha, who is overweight. Because of this, Rusty often taunts Baska. The Rusty family is a mother, an assertive and rather rude woman, and a stepfather (Anatoly Kalmykov), who obeys her in everything. Once Rusty found himself in another body (as in the series " Margosha "). In one of the episodes, it turned out that Rusty has a brother - Andrey Grigoryev-Apollonov , the lead singer of the Ivanushki International group. In the ninth season, the gopniks entered vocational school.
Seasons: 1-9
Stoned Rastamans Cupcake and Dill
Two full positives of a rastaman friend nicknamed Keks (Aslan Bizhoev) and Dill ( Mikhail Bashkatov ). Appear in the fifth issue.
Rastamans smoke cannabis almost every day, as a result of which smoke is constantly standing in their room, and while they are intoxicated, they forget everything and make a bunch of illogical conclusions. The world for them appears in pink. In addition to marijuana, rastamans are very fond of pizza (especially with mushrooms) and cakes. Keks and Dill spend all their free time playing video game consoles, while there is no sound from the passage of computer games and light; but sometimes they even show that they simply press the buttons of the joysticks while the TV is off. The mood of Keks and Dill is always positive, they are friendly and not aggressive (although they react to everything with a laugh). In each series they are equally dressed: Keks wears a multi-colored striped headdress with dreadlocks , blue jeans and a yellow T-shirt on his head, and Dill is dressed in a pink sweater with a hood and shorts. As a shoe Cupcake wears slippers in the form of a tiger. Rastamans very rarely go out into the street. In two series, it was shown that Keks and Dill traveled by plane: first to Bishkek , and then to Amsterdam . Often in the frame appears Zinaida Petrovna, a sweet grandmother, in whom Keks and Dill rent an apartment and do not pay for it. They come up with various excuses to either not pay for the apartment, or to delay the due date. In the room of the rastamans Keks and Dill, portraits of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov and Bob Marley hang on the wall. Bob Marley is the idol of Cupcake. Also, in the background, the guys ’apartment has a gramophone and a black piano , on which Keks and Dill put a hookah to smoke marijuana. The real names and surnames of Keks and Dill are Arthur Gamzatov and Vladimir Rachmaninov. Their favorite games are Tetris and Super Mario Bros. where Cupcake was Mario , Dill was Princess Peach , Babuska was Bowser , and the cops were Turtle Coop . There were series that had references to other game and animated plots: Pacman , South Park , plasticine cartoon, The Simpsons and anime . In the fourth season, they get a pet for themselves - Stepan's "raccoon", who is actually a human being. Subsequently, the rastamans have different versions of its origin (for example, they believe that their pet is a snow leopard, cat, parrot, penguin, etc.). In the sixth season, "raccoon" Stepan disappears. In the third season, a social worker appears - Irina Fedorovna, who was hired by Zinaida Petrovna with the aim of re-educating Keks and Dill. In the sixth season, Cupcake and Dill change their image: Dill wears a blue sweater with the character Bender from Futurama and short jeans, and Cupcake is dressed in shorts and a yellow T-shirt with Bob Marley . Some sketches show that the guys have various musical instruments: a classic six-string guitar, maracas and African-American drums. According to some stories, they know Polish and Chinese.
Seasons: 1-9
Metrosexuals Herman and Danila
Metrosexuals German Sheremetyev ( Mikhail Bashkatov ) and Danila Fox ( Andrey Burkovsky ). Appear in the 7th issue. The real name of Herman is Zhora Puzyakin and he hails from the village of Upper Pupki . Danila is Danila Feofanovich Bzdyukhov and he comes from Kryzhopol . They are 25 years old. Young people, stylishly and expensively dressed, regularly attending a fitness club and solarium. Very arrogant. They use English words and expressions in their speech, as well as often (inappropriately) words (both Russian and English) add the English suffix “-able” (for example, “You're appetitable”, “Greatable”, “Superable”, “ Oh, my goddable! ”,“ Cool ”, etc.). Often attend fashion shows, and also work as models themselves in a modeling agency. Humor is built on their femininity and excessive passion for Western glamor and fashion.
They have weak logic, for example: “Danila, lamb ribs are ribs, this is not meat ...”. In the 3rd season, a new metrosexual appears - Giorgio Baggio (Aslan Bizhoev), whom Evelina (the mistress of a modeling agency) loves more (Giorgio Baggio's real name is Georgy Bauduev). German and Danila did not like him from the very first day of meeting, since all attention and fame are now given only to him. In the 4th season, another metrosexual appears - Antonio (Andrey Kapustin), but he rarely appears in the frame. Starting from season 4, Danila became very fat, but thanks to his diet, he is losing weight.
Seasons: 1-9
Mock advertising
Plots that mimic commercials. All major actors participate. They perform with silly slogans in a room with white walls. At the end, the announcer tells the customers of the advertisement that there is an additional comic effect. In particular, they “advertised”: pain medication “Fu-Fu”, “Gopniko-Russian dictionary”, “Means for washing dishes‚ ‚Younger brother '”, “Long-drying varnish”, “Universal dryer for socks”, “Means‚ ‚” Go to FIG '' ”,“ Tampons for men ‚‚ Papaks ””, “Nanonozh”, as well as social videos “created with the support of ...” (such as “... Also involved in the plots are their son Vanya and Valera's mother - Galina Semenovna ( Tatyana Orlova ). Due to their youth and lack of experience, they often quarrel over a child. Valera likes to call Tanya a Bun. Tanya, in turn, often says to Valera: “Well Valera-ah, are you sick, or what? A fool piece! ". In the 60th series, Vanechka said his first word, “Valera.” Later it became clear that his first words were the phrase “Valera Sick”, as Tanya repeatedly stated this to her husband with a child. It also turns out that Tanya is expecting a second child, and Valera is happy: they will receive 300 thousand. Waiting for triplets.
Seasons: 2-7
Militiamen Vyushkin and Omarov
Police officers Vyushkin ( Andrei Burkovsky ) and Omarov (Aslan Bizhoev). Appear in the 26th issue. Graduates of the police school. They always fall into comic situations and try to curry favor with their superiors by Major Dubinin (Vladimir Fokov). They are obsessed with Western fighters and are trying to imitate the American police in everything. In their office there are photos of Robocop and Felix Dzerzhinsky . We met at a nightclub when Omarov stole a bag from a girl, and Vyushkin stopped him, after which they decided to connect his life with law enforcement agencies. They are corrupt , as they once took away from Alexander Pushnoy himself . Have a Chestnut service dog. In one of the series, it turns out that Vyushkin is the son of a colonel. In season 4, Vyushkin was transferred to another police station (but in issue 76, Major Dubinin said he was fired). Seasons: 2-5
Dynamo Girls Marina and Diana

Diana - a pseudo-Muscovite (a provincial, entrenched in Moscow), is trying to help the newcomer from Voronezh Marina. However, Marina constantly spoils the matter with her rustic character and bad habits (for example, when she receives a compliment, she gets angry as if she were being teased). When men try to talk to her, they often faint. Diana met metrosexual Herman for some time, but then Marina greatly offended Herman and he abandoned Diana. She is also a fan of Victoria Beckham , so she always pays attention to clothes like a star. At the end of the 2nd season, it turned out that Marina was fluent in French. She also knows how to do what not all men can do, for example, repair cars, show the highest score in slot machines, etc. Once she exposed the maniac on the phone.
Do not appear from season 4 due to the pregnancy of the performer of one of the main roles of Maria Zykova.
Seasons: 2-3
Tamik and Radik wrestlers
Two wrestlers , one - Taimuraz (Tamik), - the champion of the Moscow region (Aslan Bizhoev), the other - Radik, - the champion of Moscow ( Mikhail Bashkatov ) (along with these titles they often mention the championships of Russia, Europe and the world they have repeatedly won). Appear in the 42nd edition. Talk with a Caucasian accent. Tamik is from Nalchik , and Radik is from Makhachkala . When they meet in training, they tell different stories, while playing out the stereotypical idea of athletes, whose horizons are limited only to sports life. The grotesque effect produces the self-confidence of the wrestlers when they try to solve any issue by literal analogy with sports. As a result, despite their Caucasian vigor, they often find themselves in funny situations.
In particular, they tell several times how they beat someone, not realizing that they had beaten each other. Only once it turned out that Radik injured his arm by accident, while Tamik, telling him that he had broken someone's arm, discovers that he broke his arm to Sergei Lazarev himself . Then they constantly beat their coach, although they did not suspect it. A trainer is considered an authority, his statements are constantly quoted, which are distorted proverbs, for example, “A word is not a sparrow, a sparrow is a bird!”, “Live forever - fight forever” or “Tell me who your friend is and tell you who your friend is, you just told me who your friend is! ” The coach, the “five-hundred-time Olympic champion” ( Khalil Musaev ), knows everything, and, in turn, scoffs at the narrow-minded wrestlers; for example, he gives them the following tasks: push out 502 times on the finger, make the coach laugh, dig up a neighbor’s plot in the country, or call heavyweight champions suckers. From season 4, wrestlers mostly do stupid things one by one. From the same season, Tamika's girlfriend Diana (Angelika Kashirina) and her father Kazbek (Zaurbek Baytsaev), who does not want a relationship between her daughter and Tamik, appear. Starting from season 6, a rogue Timur (Teymuraz Taniya) periodically appears, posing as a coach of the Olympic wrestling team. Он ловко обманывает борцов, используя их наивность.

Another action against the sale of smoking mixtures, in fact, turned into an advertisement for kiosks where these mixtures are sold.
The leader of the movement is Pyotr Kosolapov ( Andrei Burkovsky ). He likes to say when he doesn’t like something: “Well, no, no, no, that’s not ...”, and if he likes, he closes his eyes and says “Luxuriously!” In a whisper. In the case when Peter’s idea doesn’t just not satisfy, but frankly infuriates, he taps the table with the device for seals. An employee of Anna (Angelika Kashirina) parodied all his habits at the time of Peter's absence (episode 126). The only one who can bring the boss like this is Trykin ( Mikhail Bashkatov ). By the way, the only one who really cares for the urgent problems of Russian society and wants to do something, but cannot because of the constraint of his character and the strong influence of his superiors. Other participants: Vetroduev, an active party member (Yegor Salnikov), Ivanova, a party participant with a bandaged finger (Ksenia Teplova) and the ever-sleeping party member Timur (Aslan Bizhoev).
In 168 episodes of season 8, the movement was disbanded.
The emblem and name are a parody of the current political party " United Russia ", which also uses the image of a bear as an emblem. But they have errors - “Russia” is written with one s , and the flag is turned upside down.

According to Oleg Nilov , a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation from the Just Russia faction, this sketch forms bad examples for young people:
“I mean programs that promote the use of drugs , such as“ Give the youth! ”<...>, whose heroes are drug addicts [a hint of Rastamans Keks and Dill]. In addition to imitating these guys, these programs do not carry any other promise. ”- [10]
