Content
Story
Film history is based on real events reflected in the novel of the Uzbek writer Rakhmat Faizi “His Majesty the Man” [1] . The prototypes of the heroes of the picture - the Tashkent blacksmith Shaahmed Shamakhmudov and his wife Bahri Akramova - during the Great Patriotic War adopted and adopted 14 children of different nationalities who were evacuated to Uzbekistan from different parts of the USSR. This fact later became widely known.
