Hapoel Haifa - Israeli football club from Haifa . The club was founded in 1923 . Since 2014, he has been conducting home games at the Sammi Ofer stadium. Before that, he played home games at the Kiryat Eliezer stadium. Hapoel Haifa is the champion of Israel and three-time winner of the national cup. In the 2008/2009 season, the club played in the Leumit League , the second most powerful division of the Israeli championship, but by taking first place in it, Hapoel won the right to play in the Israeli Premier League from the next season.
