Geographic data

- Location: northeastern Sychevsky district
- It was formed on the territory of the former Khlepen village council
- Bordered:
- in the northeast - with the Zubtsovsky district of the Tver region
- in the east - with the Subbotnikovsky rural settlement
- in the south and west - with the Nikolsky rural settlement
- in the northwest - with the Varaksinsky rural settlement
- Rivers: Vazuza , Gorodnya.
- Several streams flow through the territory of the settlement, two of which have names marked on the Mende map - Dulovka and Talitsa.
- The P134 Old Smolensk Road highway Smolensk - Dorogobuzh - Vyazma - Zubtsov runs through the territory.
Economics
