Erling Lae ( Norwegian Erling Lae ; born March 16, 1947 , Oslo , Norway ) is a Norwegian politician . Member of the Conservative Party of Norway .

Biography
He graduated from the University of Oslo . He was elected to the city council in 1991 . Since 1997, he served as Minister for Pension and Social Benefits, and since May 2000, he served as Minister of Health. From 2000 to 2009 he headed the city council, then became governor of Vestfold .
