Mountain oak groves [1] , or Central Asian oak groves , or juniper oak stands ( lat. Mycerobas ), is a genus of songbirds of the family finch (Fringillidae) [2] . All species live in Asia. The body length is from 21 to 23 cm. Sexual dimorphism is expressed . The natural habitat of the species is coniferous, mixed and deciduous forests. Food consists of berries and seeds.
