Located on the river Plavica . In the north, the village adjoins the village of Yarlukovo , in the north-west - the village of Bredikhino , in the south - the village of Bredikhiny Otrub .
It was founded by immigrants from Lebedyansky district (the center is the city of Lebedyan ; hence the name). It arose at the end of the 18th century as the village of Lebedyansky villages [2] .
