1910 European Speed Skating Championships - The 18th European Championships, which took place on February 26-27, 1910 in Vyborg , Russia . The championship was held at four distances: 500 meters - 1,500 meters - 5,000 meters - 10,000 meters. Only men took part in the competition - 20 skaters from 5 countries. The winner of the European Championship was Nikolay Strunnikov ( Russia ), the winners - Magnus Johansen ( Norway ) and Oscar Mathisen ( Norway ). Russia was represented by 14 skaters at the championship. Nikolai Strunnikov became the first Russian European champion.
