While Broken Hearts Prevail is a mini-album of the rock band Emery , released on October 28, 2008 . [1] Musically, the album returns to a heavier sound, as on The Weak's End's debut album (2004), instead of continuing with the alternative rock sound of the previous album I'm Only a Man (2007).
