Club career
Pupil of the Artaniya Children's and Youth Children's School (Ochakov). First coach - V.V. Zhuravko [2] . He began his professional football career in 2001 with a performance in the Odessa “ Chernomorets-2 ”. He was the captain of the team [3] .

National team of Azerbaijan
According to the decision of the special commission created by the order of AFFA President Rovnag Abdullayev under number 7, dated July 28, 2006, in connection with the adoption of Azerbaijani citizenship, football player Vladimir Levin is no longer considered a football legionnaire and can play for the national team [5] .
