Career
The first big club in Jusie’s career was Cruzeiro . Having made its debut in the first team in 2001, the first two seasons fought for a place in the first team and played only 16 games [1] . In April 2003, he transferred on loan to the Japanese team Kashiva Reisol [2] , for which he scored 5 goals in 17 games [1] . Returning to Brazil, he became the leading player and top scorer of the season at Cruzeiro, scoring 12 goals.
In the winter of 2005, he moved to the French Lance . He made his debut in the championship of France in the match against Nantes (2: 0) on February 19 [1] . The first goal was scored in the game with Metz (1: 1) on May 7 [3] . In total, Lance played 68 matches in the championship and scored 13 goals. He also played in European competitions.
Having become a Bordeaux player in 2007, he competed for a place with Marouan Chamakh , Jean-Claude Darschwil and Fernando Cavenaghi . Joussie scored just two goals, and the Bordeaux team finished the season in sixth position. Together with Bordeaux, in the 2008/09 season, Jusie won the French Championship.
In 2011, he also received French citizenship [4] .
