Video Clip
The director of the clip was Paul Fedor, who had previously shot a video for the band for the song “ Capricorn ”. The premiere took place in the program Daily Download on Fuse TV . In an interview with MTV News, Jared Leto said that these are “the first shots of rabies that you will see, but they are made with taste. We are discovering a new land with this. ” The video was filmed during July and August 2005 in an abandoned hotel in Hollywood, where the group met drug addicts and prostitutes who went to the hotel without permission. Each frame of the video hides a different message. Fedor commented: “I think this is one of my best videos. Each frame turned out perfect. Look for a hidden message in each frame. ” The video was successfully ratified by Fuse, mtvU, MTV2 and MuchMusic.
