Geographic data
- Total area: 160 km²
- Location: southwestern part of the Gagarinsky district
- Borders:
- in the north - with Potapovsky rural settlement
- in the northeast - with the Nikolsky rural settlement
- in the southeast - with Tokarevsky rural settlement
- in the south - with the Temkinsky district
- in the west - with the Vyazemsky district
- Large rivers: Gzhat , Vorya .

The total number of residents is 601 people, of which 358 are of working age. (140 employees), 230 pensioners, 140 people under 30 years old. The only school has 36 students and 16 teachers (including 5 pensioners) [10] .
