1975 - turbine equipment repairman at the reactor and turbine workshop at the Chernobyl NPP
1975-1977 - service in the ranks of the Soviet army
Since 1977 - a locksmith on duty, a turbine equipment crawler, a leading engineer at the Shelter object support department, and a secretary of the Chernobyl Komsomol committee.

1992-2005 - initiated and directly participated in the creation of the Trade Union of Atomic Energy and Industry Workers of Ukraine (was founded in 1992 on the basis of trade union organizations and enterprises of nuclear energy and industry that are part of the Trade Union of Atomic Energy and Industry of the USSR).
