One country, two systems

“ One country, two systems ” ( Chinese trade. 一國兩制 , ex. 一国两制 , pinyin : yī guó liǎng zhì , pall .: And go liang zhi ) - an idea proposed in the early 1980s by Deng Xiaoping , leader of the People’s Republic of China , according to which the political system of China was to undergo changes. Deng Xiaoping proposed an option in which there would be only one China, but at the same time territories such as Hong Kong , Macau and Taiwan could have their own capitalist economic and political systems, while in the rest of China there would be a socialist system. According to the proposal, Taiwan could maintain its own political system, jurisdiction, weapons, economy and financial system, including commercial and cultural agreements with other countries, and obtain specific rights in international relations [1] .
