In 1981-1996 she worked at the Institute of the USA and Canada of the Russian Academy of Sciences . Researcher , since 1993 - head of the sector of political psychology. Since 1981 he has been engaged in political psychology of leaders of foreign countries.
Since 1992 - Chairman of the Board of Founders of the Center for Political Consulting (CPC) " Niccolo M ", Director of Psychology and Political Advertising. President of the CPC "Niccolo M".
In the 1996 presidential election , she was a personal consultant on the image of Boris Yeltsin . She participated in all parliamentary election campaigns in Russia, since 1989 . Advises Russian and foreign political leaders: presidents, governors, mayors, members of parliament, party leaders.
