Club

He played as part of the Gradjanski club, was the captain of the team, with whom he became the champion and once the vice-champion of Yugoslavia (Kingdom of the CXC) three times, participated in the 1/4 finals of the Mitropa Cup in 1928, where his team totaled two meetings lost to the Czechoslovak “ Victoria ” with a total score of 4: 8 (3: 2 at home and 1: 6 at the exit) [1] . Then he played for another Concordia club in Zagreb, in which he played until the end of his career as a player in 1931, becoming during this time, together with the team, once a champion and once a vice-champion of the country. In addition, from 1922 to 1926, he played in the Zagreb national team, for which he spent 14 matches [2] .

As part of the Kingdom’s main national team, the CXC made its debut on October 28, 1921 in a friendly match with the Czechoslovak team in Prague , in which his team was defeated 1: 6 [3] , and last played for the national team on April 19, 1931 in in Belgrade, the match of the Balkan Cup against the national team of Bulgaria , in which his team won 1-0 [4] , and in the end, the Yugoslavs took 2nd place in the Cup [5] .
