Mukhtar Saadulovich Suleymanov ( 1980 - February 28, 2004 ) - foreman, commander of the Bezhta frontier outpost unit of the Khunzakh border guard, Hero of Russia (2004, posthumous).

Biography
Born in 1980 in the village of Bezhta, Tsuntinsky District, Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . By nationality - Avar .
The commander of the Bezhta border outpost department of the Khunzakh border detachment of the North Caucasus Regional Border Administration of the Federal Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, foreman .
He died on February 28, 2004 during a battle with field commander Ruslan Gelayev . He was buried in his native village.
For courage and heroism shown in the performance of military duty in the North Caucasus region, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2004, Elder Suleymanov Mukhtar Saadulovich was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously).
By the order of the Director of the Federal Border Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation of July 25, 2005, the border post was named after Heroes of the Russian Federation M. Suleymanov and A. Kurbanov. At the outpost, a monument to the Heroes.
