Story
The action takes place in England in the 1930s. Raven is a freak with a cleft lip , born in a family of poor people and raised in a shelter. Growing up, he became a killer. He receives an order to kill the Minister of War. Chamley's mediator pays him fake bills, and the police are beginning to look for him. To figure out why he was framed, Raven searches for Chamley. The killing of a minister could lead to a new world war, and Raven is helped by a young actress Anne. Behind the murder is the owner of the weapons company, Sir Marcus. A raven kills Chamley and Sir Marcus and dies himself from a bullet of a policeman.
