Biography

He graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory ( 1957 ).

In 1956 - 1978 played in the symphony orchestra of the Leningrad Philharmonic Society , from 1978 - in the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Philharmonic Society . Simultaneously, since 1967 , he participated in the Taneyev Quartet .

Since 1980 he has been teaching at the Leningrad Conservatory, since 1999 he is a professor.

Honored Artist of Russia.
