Biography
He graduated from the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen (1960). Since 1960, he worked as a teacher of biology and physical education in the Nenets secondary boarding school in Naryan-Mar . Participant of the agitation and sports ski crossing on the route Naryan-Mar - Ust-Tsilma - Arkhangelsk , dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Nenets Autonomous District (1969). Member of the Writers' Union of the RSFSR. He is the author of the books “In the White Panic of the Land”, “Running a Deer”, “The Trail of the Argish”, “The Call of the Moroshka Land” and others. He is the author of the textbook on the Nenets language Vyterko. In the late 1980s. I started to do graphics. Exhibitions of graphic works in Naryan-Mar (1991, 1992), in Norway (1993, 1994). He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1978), the bronze medal of the USSR Exhibition of Economic Achievements (1982). Winner of the Arkhangelsk Komsomol Prize in the field of literature and art (1982).

Nephew [3] - Semyon Nikolaevich Yavtysy (1941-1973) - the first Nenets pilot.
