Viktor Mikhailovich Koklyushkin (born November 27, 1945 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian satirist, entertainer, screenwriter, TV presenter , columnist.

Biography
Victor Koklyushkin was born on November 27, 1945 in Moscow. He changed many professions. For several years he worked as a senior engineer for the protection and restoration of historical and cultural monuments. He began his literary work in 1969, published humorous stories in the Club of 12 Chairs of the Literary Newspaper and in many newspapers and magazines. Koklyushkin’s works had all the theories of theatricality: in 1972 the entertainer of the Moskontsert E. Kravinsky, with the permission of the author, began to perform the stories “It Was Spring” and “Across the Wild Steppes”. Since 1980, Koklyushkin began to write for pop.
In 1981 he graduated from the Higher Theater Courses of GITIS .
Besides the fact that he himself reads his monologues, speaking as an author-performer, Koklyushkin’s monologues and stories were performed by many artists: E. Petrosyan , V. Vinokur, E. Shifrin, K. Novikova , E. Stepanenko , Korkina, V. Ostroukhov, V. Melnikov and others. Koklyushkin is the author of the series of monologues “Alyo, Lyusya”, “Me and Petka”, the popular monologues “Answering Machine”, “Herbalife”, “Classmates”, “Women's consultation”, “Rehearsal”, “Full speed ahead”, “Bust”, “Translator ”,“ Beauty Contest ”and many many others.
Viktor Koklyushkin wrote a number of plays and programs: “Eh, Andryusha” in 1986 (Spanish version V. Melnikov, dir V. Korovin), on the stage of the Variety Theater his plays “Three Questions” in 1987 (director E. Butenko, music by V. Dashkevich), “The Round Moon” in 1989 (dir. E. Butenko, music by V. Dashkevich), “Memory Photography” 1991, (dir. V. Grigoryan) “I would like to say ... "1994, (directed by V. Tochilin). According to the tragicomic novel Koklyushkin “Petya”, the artist of the Mosconcert V. Maximov made a one-man show.
In late 1985, Koklyushkin began to collaborate with television - he wrote the script for the two-hour entertainment program “It Was Winter”, which was released on the first channel, the shooting took place in historical places of Moscow.
He writes the script for the film "Uncle Vanya and Others," which was released on the first channel under the heading "12 Angry Men." In the film, V. Koklyushkin starred in the role of the author.
V. Koklyushkin participated in such programs as “ Full House ”, “Laughing Panorama ”, “ Crooked Mirror ”, “Laughing is Allowed”, “Izmailovsky Park”, “Club of Humor” and others. During the year, Viktor Koklyushkin wrote and broadcast a television program called “Are you called a comedian?”, Where Yefim Shifrin starred. The stories of V. Koklyushkin under the Soviet regime have been translated and published since 1972 in Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Bulgaria, and also were translated into the languages of the peoples of the USSR. He is the author of 13 books of short stories, short stories and novels.
Since 2012, Koklyushkin has been a columnist for the newspaper Argumenty i Fakty (rubric “Koklyushkin’s Diagnosis”).

- Daughter - Elga Viktorovna Sapp (born June 1, 1972) - a psychologist by profession, worked as a fashion model in Milan, starred in the videos of Vlad Stashevsky , the groups “ Keeping the Foot ”, “ Moral Code ”, “ Crematorium ”, and in 2005 she married a TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov [2] [3] .

- The second wife - Olga Yakovlevna Zlotnik (pseudonym - Elga Zlotnik), worked as a film critic [7] , writer, graduated from Moscow Institute of Economics and Film Studies at VGIK [8] [1] .
