About the album
The disc was released simultaneously with the album of Frida , Agneta’s bandmates, “ Frida Ensam ”, and both were recorded between the recordings of the albums “ Waterloo ” and “ ABBA ”. Elva Kvinnor I Ett Hus was originally supposed to be released in 1973, but the subsequent success of ABBA did not predetermine the release of the album until 1975.
Feltskug composed all the songs herself on the verses of the Swedish writer, journalist and songwriter Bosse Carlgren. The only exception is the Swedish version of the ABBA song “ SOS ”, written by Benny Andersson , Stig Anderson and husband Feltskog Bjorn Ulveus . The record company Cupol insisted on including this song in the album to boost its popularity.
