Creation History
Valery Karyshev, criminal lawyer and author of the Lyubertsy: Rocking, Racket, Roof book, claims that representatives of the “ Lyuber ” youth movement stood at the origins of the organized crime group, although, according to other sources, neither racketeering nor the gangs accompanying it were associated with the Lyuber movement have nothing to do with it, they arose later, when the movement itself was no longer there. [1] .
One of the first leaders of the organized crime group was Sergey Zaitsev, nicknamed “Hare,” a Lyubertsy bodybuilder whose portrait still hangs in the sports club “Titan”, popular among “ lovers ” [2] .
As stated in the late 1990s, the writer Sergei Dyshev in the book “Bandit Russia” [3] :
| The first leaders of the organized crime group left the team of bodybuilders in 1991. In the best of times, the Lyubertsy had 150 active bayonets, which, if necessary, could collect once again five more young pitching. But after several operations carried out by the internal affairs bodies, the arrest and trial of the most influential members of the organized crime group, the liberians no longer represent such an impressive force. Ravil Mukhametshin (Mukha), Vadim Voronin (Crow) served their term, for extortion - Sergei Aksyonov (Aksey), for the attempted murder Sergei Zubritsky (Zubr). Nowadays, the Lyubertsy organized crime group is about a dozen small brigades, some go under the wing to other groups - Izmailovo, Balashikha, with which traditionally close ties have been established. |
In 1990, the newspaper Kommersant claimed [4] :
| The Lyubertsy team, defeated by the police as a system, lost its former glory. The remaining two groups share with the Chechens the Riga market and another not very honorable industry - the racket of prostitutes (most brigades, according to organized criminals, consider it shameful to "collect money from b ... dei"). Remains of other groups roam from team to team |
.
In 1992, representatives of the Lyubertsy and Dolgoprudnaya organized crime groups - one of the strongest and most authoritative at that time in the Moscow region - met in the Sochi recreation complex " Dagomys " at a thieves ’gathering, where they divided Moscow into zones of their influence. However, according to the journalist of the “ Rossiyskaya Gazeta ” Timofey Borisov, this influence did not last long: both the “Lyubertsy” and the “Dolgoprudnensky” had to make room soon due to the growth of other organized crime groups [5] .
According to media reports, the organized crime group consisted of 18 brigades totaling up to 500 people. The bandits controlled some enterprises and commercial firms in the southeast of Moscow Region, in particular, located in the cities of Lyubertsy , Lytkarino , Dzerzhinsky , Bronnitsy .

According to the writer and journalist Sergey Dyshev, the curator of the Lyubertsy gang was the thief in law, the leader of the Ramenskaya gang Oleg Shishkanov (nicknames "Oleg Ramensky" and "Shishkan"), which controls criminal communities in the south-east of the Moscow Region, as well as in the city of Dolgoprudny . The deputy of Shishkan in Lyubertsy, a certain Klyuyev, was wounded in a collision with a Caucasian crime, and then died under unclear circumstances in a hospital in the mid-1990s. In 1996, a representative of the Solntsevo organized crime group nicknamed Chava was put in place of the deceased authority. Authorities Yanovsky and Elovsky were also killed [3] .
In the 1980s, at the age of 18, Oleg Shishkanov was convicted of murder and served 10 years, taking the blame of other people who were threatened with execution. After his release in 1992, at a meeting in the Izmailovskaya hotel, Shishkan was crowned the famous thieves-in-law Globus and Ruslan. The newly-minted leader of the underworld was nicknamed Oleg Ramensky, but friends out of habit called him Shishkan. He was instructed to control commercial structures in the cities of Zhukovsky, Ramensky and the village of Malakhovka [8] .
In December 1995, Shishkanov, along with sixteen other participants in a thieves ’gathering in the capital's Reporter cafe on Gogolevsky Boulevard, was detained by MUR operatives [9] .
In 1997, police officers attended one of the gatherings of “thieves in law”, among which there was also “Shishkan” [10]
According to the operatives, Shishkan declared his support for the football club Saturn from Ramenskoye and announced all the successes of the team, including his getting into the big league in 1998, with his merits [11] .
In the late 1990s, the Lyubertsy brigades came into conflict with the Ramenskaya organized crime group and their former curator Shishkanov, during which a car driven by the Shishkan was blown up in the territory of the Saturn Sports Club’s dispensary, and then the criminal authority’s mansion burned there [11] .
In 1999, employees of the RUBOP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation searched the Shishkan house in the village of Pervomaika, during which weapons and ammunition were seized, as well as large sums of money. The authority of the house itself was not there - according to investigators, he is hiding in Spain [8] .
July 15, 2019 Oleg Shishkanov was detained by law enforcement agencies in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region on suspicion of the murder of Tatyana Sidorova, a deputy of the district legislature in 2012 [12] .
Specialization
The core of the organized crime group was “brigades” deployed in the cities of the Lyubertsy district: in Lyubertsy, Lytkarino, Malakhovka and Dzerzhinsky. According to S. Dyuzhev, organized crime groups specialized in the arms trade [3] , according to media reports - in armed assaults.
Gang Cabbage
In the 1990s, a criminal group was operating in the city of Lyubertsy and its environs, which was particularly cruel. Among the gang's proven crimes is the killing of three children in the village of Verkhnee Myachkovo. The gang was led by a resident of the Lyubertsy district, an ethnic Bulgarian, a native of Kazakhstan, who served 7 years in prison for murder in Tashkent Nikolay Kapushchu and Moscow drug addict Vladimir Nikitin, nicknamed Bespredelchik, or Volodya Little. The connection between this gang and the brigades of the Lyubertsy gang has not been established.
