Anthony Revere ( Polish. Antoni Rewera ; January 6, 1869 , in the village of Sambozhec , Poland - October 1, 1942 , in Dachau ) - the blessed Roman Catholic church , priest , martyr . Among the 108 blissful Polish martyrs beatified by Pope John Paul II during his visit to Warsaw on 13.06.1999.

Biography
He graduated from high school in Sandomierz. 1.06. 1893 entered the seminary in Sandomierz . 06/18/1893 defended the Master ’s degree in Theology at the Catholic Theological Academy in St. Petersburg , Russia . On July 2, 1893, he was ordained a priest, after which he was sent to teaching and pastoral work at the Sandomierz Theological Seminary , at the same time receiving the post of priest at the Catholic parish of St. Joseph in Sandomierz. Acting as prelate of Pope Benedict XV . On March 16, 1942, he was arrested by the Gestapo and sent to the Auschwitz concentration camp , then to Dachau, where he died on 10/1/1942 [1] .
Glorification
On June 13, 1999, he was beatified by Pope John Paul II along with other Polish martyrs of World War II.
