Chime is the largest bell ringing festival in Russia and the CIS . The artistic director of the festival is Moscow ringer Ilya Drozdikhin .
In 2008, the festival was held on the territory of the Tsaritsyno State Concert Hall and brought together 400 professional ringers and more than 10,000 spectators. The festival took its unique niche in the revival of the ancient tradition of bell ringing.
