Description
When harvesting mushrooms on an industrial scale and the need to store them for a long time, mushroom technology is used. Freshly picked mushrooms are delivered to the mushroom factory, where they are processed and packaged.
The main element of the mushroom factory is the mushroom cooker. Mushroom cookers with wood furnaces became widespread, which is not without meaning, because in most cases mushroom shops are located in the forest, in the immediate vicinity of the places where mushrooms are harvested. The inner surface of the mushroom cooker is made of stainless steel, approved for use in the food industry by Russian legislation.
Legal framework
In accordance with the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, when carrying out entrepreneurial activities to collect and harvest food forest resources, citizens and legal entities have the right to place mushroom shops only on leased forest areas.
