Victoria Yuryevna Zhukova was born on October 28, 1963 in the city of Khabarovsk in the family of a naval officer - Yuri Alexandrovich Zhukov (born near Leningrad ^[1] , served on the basis of the Red Banner Amur Flotilla) .
