Biography
In 1926 he graduated from the Lugansk Agricultural Institute . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1936 .
He worked in the Lugansk (Voroshilovgrad) and Donetsk (Stalin) regions:
- 1926-1933 - Head of agricultural courses, chief agronomist of the Melovsky district land department (Donetsk region),
- 1933-1939 - Head of the Volodarsky district land department (Donetsk-Voroshilovgrad region),
- 1939-1944 - Head of the agricultural department of the Stalin Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine.
In 1944, the first to party work:
- 1944-1946 - Secretary of the Stalin Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine,
- 1946-1947 - inspector of the personnel department of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.).
In 1947 he was appointed secretary, and in 1949 he was elected first secretary of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). In January 1954 he was sent to the newly formed Lipetsk Region and was elected first secretary of the Lipetsk Regional Committee of the CPSU , having worked in this position until November 1960 .
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations. Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1952-1956), candidate for member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1956-1961).
He was buried at Kuntsevsky cemetery [1] .
