The palace is listed in the Bavarian landmarks [1] .
Inside the palace are of interest: The large hall in the Rococo style, decorated with frescoes of Zimmermann; the famous Beauties Gallery with portraits of 36 of the most beautiful European women by Stiller ; Lacquer cabinet with black and red lacquered Chinese panels.
Nymphenburg Palace Park forms a single whole with the palace and, as one of the largest royal castles in Europe, attracts a large number of tourists.
With the castle of Blutenburg, the palace combines a line of sight, which provided visual contact between them. Since the mid-20th century, it has been overgrown with trees, but its restoration is planned.
