History
The village of Barakhty was the volost center of the Barakhtyan volost of the Vasilkovsky district of the Kiev province . In the village was the Mikhailovsky Church [1] .
Attractions
Not far from the village, on the highway leading to Vasilkov , a monument to Soviet pilots who died during the Second World War was erected. The monument was established on the initiative and at the expense of the villagers.
