The Ural State Estrada Theater is a theater in Yekaterinburg , founded in 1996 by order of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel [1] . The only theater of this kind in Russia outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg [2] . International and All-Russian forums were held at the theater site: 17 International Jazz-Transit Festivals, 1st International Festival "Jazz Born in the USSR " and 8 All-Russian Teen-Jazz Festivals [3] .

Content
Children's Variety Theater
In June 2010, the Children's Variety Theater was established in the Ural State Variety Theater [4] . All children's groups that previously worked in the theater are united in a single creative team. On September 1, 2018, about 500 children aged 3 to 17 years are engaged in the Children's Variety Theater. The concert lineup includes 57 vocalists, 58 dancers and 22 people in the children's folklore group “Zvontsy” .
