Biography

As a student, Nina Kokoreva played in the Fourth Wall Moscow Theater, participated in performances for children, in New Year's “Christmas trees,” wrote lyrics for famous rock bands Master and Earthlings . In the summer of 1999, together with her friend, Eugenia Samitina, who was also keen on the theater, Kokoreva opened her own business - the Winged Crocodile carnival clothing hire salon [1] .

The poetess prefers "heavy" music, although sometimes she writes for " pop " performers.

I worked at the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers in the supply department: I got brooms. She wrote poetry and terribly shy. Once Lada Bolshakova, the wife of Andrei Bolshakov, then the guitarist of Aria, got a job for us. Upon learning that her husband is a musician, I decided to show her poetry. Of course, she said at the same time that these were the poems of one of my friends ... Lada read the verses, she liked it and she asked: “Did you write it yourself? ..” After that, we phoned with Andrey, I drove up to the “Master” base at the cinema "Enthusiast", and Andrei gave me the music, that is, the "fish" recorded in his manner, in digital ...

- And what was your first song made for the "Master"?

- It was the song “Beware” ... I wrote it very quickly, only two lines could not squeeze in any way, and Andrei Bolshakov called me every forty minutes until it worked out ... I heard the song for the first time “live” at the concert of “The Master” in “ Setuni, "where they played with the Lotus. And when I heard this song on the radio - there was such a blow! .. In general, the "Master" is my cradle. After the release of their album, various people started calling me to offer a job. I refused to many: Alibasov, for example. But when Andrei Bolshakov asked me to write for the "Master", I was always happy about this. There is an opinion that texts are not important in heavy music, but Andrei was strict in this regard, with me, anyway. He always demanded that the song contained a thought! My second album, “ With a noose around his neck, ” has already included four of my songs. Two texts were written specifically for the album, and two more are my old poems, written while I was working in the supply department at MIIT.
