Biography
Louis Aguiar began his football career at the Liverpool club in Montevideo . In the main team of Liverpool, Louis made his debut at the age of 17 years. From 2003 to 2006, Aguiar played 35 matches in the Uruguay Championship and scored 3 goals. In 2006, Louis on loan moved to the Chilean " Universidad " from Concepcion , in which he scored 9 goals in 31 matches. After returning to Liverpool, Aguiar played 15 matches in the Uruguay Championship of the 2006/07 season, in which he scored two goals. In the same year, Aguiar moved to Porto in Portugal ; two months later, without having played a single match for Porto, Aguiar was leased to Estrela by Amador . In January 2008, Louis was again leased to the “ Akademika ” from Coimbra . On April 11, 2008, Luis scored a goal against Benfica as part of Akademika; the match ended in a victory for Akademika with a score of 3: 0. In his first season in the Portuguese championship, Aguiar for Estrell and Akademik had 18 matches, scored 1 goal, scored 6 assists.
In July 2008, Aguiar signed a contract with the club “ Braga ”; had offers from a number of other clubs from Spain and Portugal. As part of the "Sporting" Aguiar scored 4 goals in 27 league games, also gave six assists. On January 16, 2010, Agiyar was reported to be returning to Sporting from Braga on loan to the end of May 2010 [4] . On August 5, 2010, the player is re-handed a one-year lease to the club from Braga without the right of subsequent repurchase [5] [6] . In early 2011, he moved to Penarol also on loan. In July 2011, the player terminated the contract with Dynamo and, as a free agent, signed a contract with the Lisbon Sporting for a period of 4 years [7] [8] [9] .
After a successful season in 2017 in the Peruvian Alliance, Aguiar returned to his homeland, this time joining Nacional. The older brother Luis Carlos is also a professional footballer.
