Imgburn

ImgBurn is a free program for burning CD , DVD and Blu-ray that supports many different types of disk images ( .cue files are supported since version 2.4.0.0) ^[3] .

The program allows you to write and read disk images, as well as separately create images without writing them, or work in the recording mode of files and folders. There is also a disk check mode.

Lightning UK! , the author of ImgBurn, began its development after stopping the development of the previous project, DVD Decrypter , in connection with the demand of Macrovision . ^[4] .

• Full support for folder / file names in the Unicode system.
• It works in the operating systems Windows 95 , 98 , ME , NT4.0 , 2000 , XP , 2003 , Vista , 7 (including all 64-bit versions); officially supports Wine .
• ImgBurn is a relatively small program (compared to similar programs).

ImgBurn supports more than 30 languages ​​(translation refers only to program management; errors, warnings, tips, reports are not translated), including Russian (translation by Dmitry Erokhin and Alexei Nam) and Ukrainian (translation by Vlad Lozinsky). The .lng translation file should be placed in the Languages ​​subdirectory in the main program directory; the language used is switched manually (Tools, Settings, tab General, Languages ​​/ Tools, Settings, General tab, Language).
