Biography
Born December 20, 1909 in Alicante (Spain). Received a law degree. Already in his student years, he became interested in theater.
In February 1939 he was arrested and placed in a concentration camp in France . Then, after his release, he decided to immigrate to Mexico. On board the Mexique, 5 months later, he arrived at the port of Veracruz . For a long time, Augusto could not find a job by profession.
In 1949, Augusto Benedico made his debut in the film Venenosa, La. Since then, his life has been associated with cinema. Since 1958 he worked on television.
He died on January 19, 1992 in Mexico City.

Augusto Benedico's career in cinema began in 1949 with the film Venenosa, La. Over the years, he took part in more than 50 films.
