Tyulyachinsky municipal district ( Tat. Telche districts ) is an administrative-territorial unit and a municipal formation ( municipal district ) within the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation . Located in the central part of the republic.

The administrative center is the village of Tyulyachi , located 78 km from Kazan , and the distance to the nearest railway station Arsk is 39 km.
In May 2011, Ildus Fatykhovich Zaripov became the head.
Geography
It borders: in the north - with Sabinsky , in the east - with Mamadyshsky and Kukmorsky , in the south - with Rybno-Slobodsky , in the west - with Pestrechinsky and in the north-west - with Arsky regions.
The relief is wavy-flat, there are deposits of building stones, lime, peat. The river flows through the district. Masha .
History
Tyulyachinsky district was formed on February 10, 1935 . October 12, 1959 was abolished with the transfer of territory to the Sabinsky district. It was re-formed on November 28, 1991 .

Agriculture
Tyulyachinsky district is an agricultural region. More than 30 business entities of various patterns of ownership are engaged in agricultural production in the region.
Crop farming and livestock breeding are the main areas of production of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Grain production is one of the main revenue sources of agricultural enterprises in the region. The largest of them are LLC Maksabash, LLC Alan, LLC Agrofirm VAMIN of the branch named after Lenin and LLC “Uncle”.
Transport
In the extreme south passes a small section of the M-7 (Volga) highway " Moscow - Kazan - Ufa ". Other important roads: Kazan - Tyulyachi - Rich Sabi (to Kukmor , Vyatskiye Polyany ), Tyulyachi - Arsk , Tyulyachi - Abdi.
Education
The network of pre-school and secondary education institutions of the district includes 37 schools, 18 pre-school institutions, 3 institutions of additional education.
Culture
Tyulyachinsky district is rich in its talents. Not a single holiday takes place without speeches by participants in amateur performances - be it New Year, Nauruz, Sabantuy, or the celebration of leading production workers.
An example for them are fellow countrymen such as singers Venera Ganeeva , Suleiman Yusupov, Tahir Yakupov, Rasim Nizamov, writers Fatih Husni, Mahmud Maksud, Rashat Nizamiev, Olympic champions Olga Knyazeva and Shamil Sabirov , academicians Talgat Sirazetdinov and Yahya, doctor Abylov, Ph.D. Professor Vasil Garifullin and many others.
The Tyulyachinsky Museum of Local Lore operates in the territory of the district.
