The exemplary rural settlement is a municipality in the Oryol region of the Oryol region of the Russian Federation .

The administrative center is the village of Zvyaginki .

History

The Model Village Council was organized in 1923.

Previously, the village council was located in the village of Obraztsovo, and in 1931 the Obraztsovsky and Solntsevsky village councils were merged and the Obraztsovsky village council was located in the village. Zvyaginki.

The boundary of the village council is located in the southwest and southeast of the city of Orel.

Our countrymen have always been in the forefront of the Defenders of the Fatherland, more than 50 people died during the war.

Today, the Oblast administration occupies an area of 96.789100 sq.m. with a population of 6,251 people, where 22 settlements are located.

The settlement is cut by the city of Oryol into two separate parts and is the largest in terms of integrated urban development and one of the most difficult in terms of territorial planning. Here are almost all the options available in the Oryol region. The highway of inter-republican significance A141 Orel ( Russia ) - Vitebsk ( Belarus ) passes through the territory of the settlement. Development Prospects

Housing construction

In 2007, part of the territory of the village of Zarechensky was transferred to Orel. It was built microdistrict Zarechensky ^[10] .

It is proposed that territories adjacent to the city of Orel be allocated for public, business, residential and recreational areas, and the rest of the territory be preserved for agricultural use.

The bulk of the new housing construction is provided in the near suburbs of Orel - in the territory of the Obraztsovsky rural settlement. In the area of Zarechensky and the village of Obraztsovo, multi-storey (over 5 floors) and middle-floor (3-4 floors) multi-apartment buildings will prevail. That will make 52% of the total volume of new housing construction throughout the Oryol region.

Transport infrastructure

The construction of the western detour of Orel. The construction of a bypass road will reduce the flow of freight transport going through the city of Oryol.
