Within the national park, elevations vary from 155 to 1854 m. Only mountains with a height of more than 1 km above sea level on the territory of the national park and fifty-six along its borders [2] .
The area of the park is 83,343 ha (according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation - 82,152 ha).
Fauna
The territory of the national park is characterized by significant faunistic diversity. Almost all rare, endemic and valuable species of mammals in the south of the Far East live here. During periods of depression in the abundance of many species, it was this territory that served as a hotbed of conservation and subsequent restoration of abundance.
The list of mammals includes:
- Detachment Insectivorous: Daurian hedgehog , Ussuri mohair , about 10 species of shrews.
- Order Hare-like: Manchu hare , white hare , northern pika .
- Rodent detachment: common flying squirrel , Manchu squirrel , chipmunk , Asian forest mouse , field mouse , baby mouse , red-gray vole , Far Eastern vole , Siberian red vole .
- Predatory order: Amur tiger , Far Eastern forest cat , lynx , Far Eastern leopard (constantly inhabited until the mid 70-ies of the XX century), gray wolf , red wolf (currently not fixed), fox , raccoon dog , harza , badger , sable , columns , mink , otter , weasel , brown bear , Himalayan bear .
- Order Artiodactyls: wild boar , Manchurian deer , sika deer , roe deer , throat , musk deer .
- Order Hare-like: Manchu hare , white hare , northern pika .
In the area of the national park, the forest avifauna prevails - over 100 breeding species. In cedar-broad-leaved and cedar-spruce (ecotone) forests - up to 43 species, and in typical spruce forests on the slopes of Cloudy - up to 28 species of birds. 12 nesting species are ecologically related to the mountainous landscape of this peak. An absolutely special complex of birds from 10 breeding species is ecologically associated with the larch massif (Ur. Muta) [3] .

Flora
The territory of the southern part of Primorsky Krai over the past millions of years has not been subjected to glaciation. This fact, combined with the specifics of the geographical location and the climate, is the reason for the unique diversity of the plant world. Both modern plant species and representatives of the ancient flora that formed in the early Cenozoic grow on the territory of the national park.
Systematic lichenological studies in the territory of the national park “Call of the Tiger” were not carried out. In 1944-1946 P.P. Zhudova on the Cloud and Snezhnaya mountains a collection of lichens from 19 species was collected. Skirina I.F. this list has been supplemented to 89 species. Systematic studies of lichen flora were carried out in the nearby territories - in the Lazovsky (381 species) reserve and the Upper Ussuri hospital (120 species). Given this, it can be assumed that the species composition of lichens in this territory may include about 400 species. This information at this stage of the work can be taken as the basis for characterizing in general terms the lichen flora of the research area [4] .
