Kamen Ryder Kabuto: God, Speed, Love ( 劇場版 仮 面 ラ イ ダ ー カ ブ ト Gekijōban Kamen Raidā Kabuto Goddo Supīdo Rabu ) - a movie that is an alternative version of the 16th season of the series Masked Rider . Story
The film takes place in an alternative reality (it can even be considered a prequel to the season). In this universe, a meteorite crashing into the Earth 7 years ago was much larger. Its fall dried up the oceans and plunged mankind into chaos, because in addition to cataclysm, a meteorite brought with it Worms (an alien life form hostile to people). And only the ZECT organization with its masked Riders is opposed to worms. With the last effort, an endangered civilization is creating a grandiose project with the goal of replenishing lost oceans. One of the performers was Arata Kagami / Kamen Ryder Gattak, and the project is about to start. Suddenly, freelance rider Tendo Soji (Soji) appears, and a well-calculated plan to save the Earth begins to deviate from what was intended. Everything crumbles before the eyes of Kagami and Tendo - instead of the expected salvation, there is even greater danger - a second meteorite filled with Worm eggs appears above the Earth. Or maybe this is not a deviation from the plan at all? Maybe someone purposefully wants to destroy humanity? When the situation is nowhere worse, act - it will not be worse. Friends have a final battle.
Season Differences
- In the season, a meteorite destroys only the city of Shibuya, in the film it is much larger, and therefore destroys the oceans.
- In the film, as at the beginning of the season itself, Kamen Ryder Bee is So Jagurum, and the costumes of the ZECT soldier are not black, but white.
- Of the original characters of the season in the film, there are no Xiong Kageyama (Kamen Ryder Punch Hopper), butler Dziya, Tsurugi Kamishiro (Kamen Ryder Sasward, which you can catch a glimpse in the appearance of Ryder at the beginning of the film) and Juka Tendo.
Riders in the movie
Tendo Soji / Kamen Ryder Kabuto is the protagonist of the story. The film shows much more than in the season. By all character traits, in principle, it coincides with the original, although here it is shown more emotional.
Arata Kagami / Kamen Ryder Gattak is the second protagonist of the film and season. Groom Hiyori Kusakabe. He is unhappy with the feud between the ZECT and the Neo ZECT and therefore enters into an alliance with Tendo. He had hardly died at the end, but Tendo was saved.
So: Jaguruma / Kamen Ryder Bee - this hero is also taken from the season (although several people have visited this Ryder this season). Here, Jaguruma is still an agent of ZECT, and he vehemently hates Neo ZECT. Killed by Kamen Ryder Hercus in the middle of the film.
Daisuke Kazama / Kamen Rider Drake is another rider of the season. Like in the season, Daisuke is a make-up artist, however in the film he abandoned his profession and joined the Neo SECT to become free like the wind. Shot by soldiers of the ZECT under the leadership of Shuda Hakuto.
Issei Kurosaki / Kamen Ryder Kavkazus - a man of uncertain age, the main antagonist of the film. He tried to send many Worms to Earth, but lost (destroyed by Tendo).
Hidenari Oda / Kamen Ryder Herkus - once worked for SECT, but then betrayed him. He was a boyfriend of Suda, but when she turned out to be a traitor, he destroyed Yagurumu. Killed by Caucasus.
Tetsuki Yamato / Kamen Ryder Ketaros is Hidenari 's worst enemy, agent of Zect. He tried to kill Tendo, but was thrown to the asteroid with Worms, where it exploded.
