Works in Moscow . Chef at Anatoly Komm for Raff House restaurant and co-owner of the Russian Seasons restaurant [1] . Previously, he was the owner and chef of the Varvara restaurant located at the same place, where traditional Russian and Soviet dishes ( borscht , dumplings , olivier ) were served in the molecular style, as well as the chef of the Tverbul restaurant [2] [3] [4] [5] .

Biography

Comm was mentioned in the Michelin Red Guide as a chef at the Green Restaurant in Geneva. [6] Although there is an opinion that "the opening of the Geneva restaurant was originally a cunning marketing move, which subsequently glorified its creator and thereby helped to succeed already in the Moscow restaurant field ... ".

Thanks to his Swiss restaurant (which, due to the closure, disappeared just as quickly from Michelin as it appeared in it), maestro Comm soon became known in numerous Russian glossy magazines and business publications as “the only Russian chef who got into Michelin” and even “ the owner of numerous Michelin stars ” [7] . Comm is recognized as the best chef according to the Government of Piedmont , as well as the best foreign chef according to the government of the city of Parma . [8] Comm is a laureate of the independent Russian Laurel Leaf Award. [9] Coco, an independent restaurant guide, recognized him as one of the top 100 chefs in the world. [10]

At the end of October 2011 Commu owned such Moscow restaurants as Varvary (closed in 2014), Kupol, and a restaurant in the Barvikha Hotel & Spa [11] .

Among the closed Moscow restaurants of Komma are Green Grill Romm, Green Grill Palace, Anatoly Komm, and Tavern Comm. BUT". For some time, Anatoly Comm led the Swiss restaurant "Green".

In February 2013, Anatoly Komm together with Sweet Life Corporation opened a restaurant in Brasserie De Luxe format in Yekaterinburg [14] . The restaurant is called Restaurant No. 1, its cuisine is based on Ural products, and it is expected that the menu will be updated seasonally.

On February 2, 2015, Anatoly Komm opened the Anatoly Komm for Raff House restaurant, located in a historic mansion on Malaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow.

On April 28, 2016, Anatoly Komm opened a restaurant in the city of Suzdal. Comm decided to turn around there in full force - they want, they say, to build a gastronomic Mecca within the Golden Ring. [15] Anton Tikhiy became the chef of the restaurant.
