DistributionThe range of the marble owl occupies the territory in the south of Niger , in the extreme south of Cameroon , in the central and southern regions of the Central African Republic , in Gabon , the Republic of Congo , in the north of Angola and in DR Congo . A marble owl inhabits the edges of tropical forests and individual wooded areas located along rivers that are unsuitable for human activities, since during the rainy season the rivers flood and these areas are difficult to access for six months a year.
