History
The building was built by the insurance company in 1827 from shell rock and diorite. At the end of the XIX century. retired General Golubov bought it and converted it to a summer cottage [2] .
October 10, 1894 at the cottage "Dove" there was a meeting of Tsarevich Nikolai Alexandrovich and his bride Princess Alice of Hesse-Darmstadt (in Orthodoxy Alexandra Fedorovna ).
On that day, Nicholas wrote in his diary:
| I woke up on a wonderful hot day ... At 9 ½ I went with Sergey [3] to Alushta, where we arrived at one in the afternoon. Ten minutes later, my beloved Alix and Ella arrived from Simferopol [4] . They sat down to have breakfast in the house of retired General Golubov. After breakfast, Alix and I sat in a carriage together, and together we drove to Livadia. Oh my God! What a joy to meet her at home and to have close to her - half of the worries and sorrows seemed to have fallen from her shoulders |
.
In 1998, on the initiative of the Noble Assembly of Crimea, in commemoration of this event, a memorial plaque was erected on the building of the Dove cottage.
Also on the facade of the building, to the left of the entrance, there is a memorial plaque in memory of the members of the government of the Socialist Soviet Republic of Taurida held under arrest . On April 20, 1918, during the rebellion of Tatar bourgeois nationalists and Russian White Guards under the leadership of Lieutenant M. Khairetdinov and Head Captain S. M. Mufti-zade , accompanied by arrests and executions of the Red Guards and the Bolsheviks, members of the Alushta Revolutionary Committee were imprisoned. On April 21, after an arrest near the village of Biyuk-Lambat, they were joined by members of the government of the Socialist Soviet Republic of Tauris. Subsequently, the prisoners were shot on the night of April 24 at the foot of Mount Demerdzhi [5] [6] .
In February 1945 , on the way to the Yalta Conference , the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR I.V. Stalin briefly stopped in the building of the Golubka summer house. There is a commemorative plaque.
