Name Origin
Initially - 8th street of October Field. This name was given in 1948 during the construction of the October ( Khodynsky ) field. It was renamed in 1975 in honor of the tank heroine and writer Irina Nikolaevna Levchenko ( 1924 - 1973 ).

Irina Levchenko street starts from Berzarin street, runs north, then turns east and goes to Marshal Malinovsky street , where it ends.
