A pupil of the Kamenetsk youth sports school . The first coach is V.N. Kislyak.

He began his professional career in Minsk Dynamo in 2004: he played for the double and made his debut in the championship of Belarus . In the 2006 season, he entrenched in the main team. The BFF was included in the list of 22 best players of the championship of Belarus 2006 .

In July-August 2010, Kislyak was watched in the Russian “ Ruby ”. By mutual agreement between the clubs, Sergey finished the season at Dynamo and officially became a Rubin player in December 2010. In European competitions for Rubin he made his debut on February 23, 2012 in the away match of the 1/16 finals of the Europa League 2011/12 against the Piraeus Olympiacos [2] . July 8, 2012 was rented by the club " Krasnodar " until the end of the year [3] . At the beginning of 2013 he returned to the Kazan club, taking part for him in the Europa League 2012/13 also from the 1/16 final stage [4] , 2013/14 [5] .

June 8, 2016 signed a two-year contract with the Turkish club Gaziantepspor [6] . But the club flew out of the Turkish Super League and Kislyak decided to leave it in the summer of 2017 [7] .

On February 1, 2018, he signed a one-year contract with the Kazakhstani club of the Premier League “ Irtysh ” from Pavlodar [8] . But already in July he was expelled for low performance (he did not score a penalty for the Lithuanian “Trakai” and the club flew out of the UEFA Europa League 2018/19 ) [9] .

Member of the European Youth Championship 2009 in Sweden. At the tournament, he scored all 2 goals of the national team (against the Swedes and Italians ).

He made his debut in the national team of Belarus on November 14, 2009 in a friendly match with the Saudi team in Dammam (1: 1) [10] . He scored his first goal for the national team on May 30, 2010 in a friendly match with the South Korean national team in Kufstein, Austria (1-0) [11] . September 3, 2010 in the first match of the qualifying tournament of the European Football Championship 2012, scored the winning goal against the French team in Saint-Denis (0: 1) [12] . Also distinguished in friendly matches: August 10, 2011 with the Bulgarian national team in Minsk (1: 0) and November 14, 2012 with the Israeli national team in Jerusalem (2: 1) [13] .
